Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, research, and lead generation

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions

  • Promote our event activation services, custom branded sneakers, and attendee participating art services to potential clients

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity


Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the events or marketing industry

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

  • Strong knowledge of the events and marketing industry


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with event activation services, custom branded merchandise, or art installations

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
